The Mock-up and Engineering Pioneer (MEP) is not a real model rocket, but is in fact simply a mock-up of a Project Ozymandias vehicle for visual purposes. However, I did install a real helicopter motor in it (AirHogs AXIS300X) to validate that in can fit inside a Baby Bertha in preparation for the Ozymandias Modification Validation Vehicle (MVV). I also used the MEP as a test platform for the use of duct tape for the fairing hinges, which seems to work well, so then I used it on the MVV.
It has been given the honorary designation OZY-000.
This rocket is not a flying model, only a visual simulation and construction validator. Therefore, it has never flown and has no flight log.
